The attached article outlines a new development planned for the Northshore area and the demographics fit nearly to a tee what I have been hearing over the past several years. In fact, we are talking to a local municipality about a project while not to this scale, the target market rings very true to what the Village is thinking and based on this article are right on track. This is the type of positive news this market is yearning for and once these developers break ground, so long as the product is quality, priced affordably to the market they are in, and in a good location, I think we have a winner.
