- Barrington-Multi-Tenant Industrial Building with various old boundary issues; Attorney for the seller at closing commented, “this deal never would have closed without your persistent actions.” Sale Price $1M.
- Wauconda-Industrial Condos-after creating market campaign to owners, listed & sold Units 120, 121, 223, 224 and Rep for Buyer of 207; presently has several available.
- Aurora-Multi Family-24 units, sold full asking price $1.4M.
- Lake Zurich-Sports Facility-local Sports Association purchased in multi-offer bid, Joe Represented the buyers, $2M.
