First licensed in 2002, Joe now works exclusively with Commercial Property Owners/Landlords, Buyers/Tenants and Investors with a special focus in Lake, McHenry and NW Cook Counties.

Successful projects Joe has been involved with include the assemblage and sale of Land for the development of a Senior Assisted Living Center in Lake Zurich, the leasing of Strip Center Property in Grayslake, Fox Lake & Gurnee, to the sale of multi-tenant Industrial Buildings throughout Lake and McHenry County and also sales of Multi-Family Investor Property. Here are a few examples:

  • Inverness/Palatine-Office Building was 45% vacant for nearly 2 years when Joe took over listing with strategy to bring in tenants then sell as investment property. Soon brought vacancy to 8% and connected with Investor who purchased at 94% of list price.
  • Barrington-Multi-Tenant Industrial Building with various old boundary issues; Attorney for the seller at closing commented, “this deal never would have closed without your persistent actions.” Sale Price $1M.
  • Wauconda-Industrial Condos-after creating market campaign to owners, listed & sold Units 120, 121, 223, 224 and Rep for Buyer of 207; presently has several available.
  • Aurora-Multi Family-24 units, sold full asking price $1.4M.
  • Lake Zurich-Sports Facility-local Sports Association purchased in multi-offer bid, Joe Represented the buyers, $2M.
